We have
created this blog in view of the present situation, the main topic of this
block is on obesity (weight loss) and many other
diseases. Today, 70-75% of
people are troubled by their body fatness. People eat expensive medicines to
make obesity work, but obesity still does not take the name of being low but
gives side effects and more. The income of crores of people who sell only fat
reduction medicines are made.
In this block, we are
trying to make the people aware of obesity that there is some need to get out
for themselves by doing physical exercise and how to eat every day so that they
